Epyx launches task management tool

A new tool has been added to Epyx’s 1link Hire Network to help fleet managers save time.

The new task management tool presents all the jobs that need immediate attention from fleet managers, daily rental suppliers and drivers in a customisable dashboard format from the moment they log on.

It is included in Release 18 of 1link Hire Network, which also includes a new invoice rules tool that allows fleet managers greater control over the automatic processing of invoices from daily rental companies based on a series of user-defined parameters.

Ken Trinder, head of business development at Epyx, said: “Task management is one of those additions to 1link Hire Network that will have a major impact on how easy it is for fleet managers to use the platform. It is a much more efficient way of managing the tasks required to keep your activity up to date.”
