Budget Car & Van Rental has awarded All Fleet Services (AFS) the contract for its breakdown management, accident notification, glass and tyre management, and general information handling.

Benefiting from the support of its EWM software system, the Budget Car & Van Rental team from AFS will decide whether the manufacturer’s breakdown cover or the Budget Car & Van Rental breakdown cover should be used. This aims to avoid unnecessary breakdown and recovery costs.

In the event of an accident, AFS will utilise its First Notification of Loss (FNOL) module to take down all the relevant details required by the insurer.

In addition, if a customer calls in to advise of any information, the system will log the information and an email notification will be sent immediately.
