The Fleet Safety Forum, a division of Brake, the road safety charity, is calling on fleets to ensure they’re doing all they can to monitor their drivers and vehicles by considering the use of vehicle tracking technology or ‘telematics’.
Fleet managers can order for free the Fleet Safety Forum’s Big Brother poster and e-guidance campaign pack, sponsored by MiX Telematics, alerting drivers and managers to the benefits of using telematics systems to manage risk and improve safety.
The poster aims to help fleet managers get the message across to drivers that ‘Big Brother is watching you... so he can protect you’. The e-guidance document for fleet managers explains the features and benefits of using telematics systems as part of their wider programme of road risk management, to save lives and save money.
