Jaama is continuing its expansion with the appointment of two new support analysts.

Andrew Hickin and Jennifer Taylor join Jaama’s support analyst team that provides technical support to customers enabling them to maximise fleet operating and management efficiencies.

Jason Francis, managing director of Jaama, said: “The size of the customer support team continues to increase as we expand our customer base. It is vital that all our customers reap the benefits of the technologically sophisticated solutions we are bringing to the market.”

More than 600 companies running a wide cross section of fleets rely on Jaama’s Key2 Management systems to efficiently and effectively manage all aspects of their operation.

Francis said: “Our technology enables companies to capture more information on their fleet so they can be far more proactive and analytical in terms of management. That in turn improves operating efficiencies and ultimately reduces costs.”
