Zenith is providing its fully integrated Salary Exchange product for cars to UK employees of global law firm Clifford Chance. Clifford Chance is one of the world's leading law firms, with offices in 23 countries.
The scheme, which took it first orders within days of the launch in September, is designed to enhance Clifford Chance’s existing Rewards and Benefits provision.
Salary Exchange is provided on a cost neutral basis to Clifford Chance, as the cost is met by the employee through a reduction to their gross salary, delivering income tax and National Insurance savings. The scheme has been designed to encourage low CO2 vehicle choices and has an overall limit of 160g/km CO2 emissions.
Andy Darlison, head of reward and benefits for Clifford Chance, said: “We wanted to add a car benefit to our employee rewards offering, as it is regarded as a valuable addition to our current proposition. Salary Exchange for cars, with its wide range of choice and all inclusive package, was seen as the perfect solution. We awarded the contract to Zenith as we found that during the competitive tender process they were clearly an innovative, experienced and professional supplier.”
The Clifford Chance scheme has been fully outsourced to Zenith and the service includes new vehicle supply and management, fully comprehensive insurance, road tax, accident management, breakdown assistance, vehicle administration, servicing and maintenance.
Zenith has built a bespoke Clifford Chance website for employees to help them select the right vehicle and maximise their savings.
