Former Top Gear presenter and famous racing driver, Tiff Needell, will be the host of this year’s all-new indoor track spectacular at Top Gear Live at NEC Birmingham (11-13 November ) and London Excel (24 – 27 November).

Needell, who returns to the action-packed live car entertainment show for a fifth year, will be presenting the 80-minute extravaganza on the Lotus Motorsport-configured circuit.
Needell will be joined by BBC Watchdog presenter, Rebecca Wilcox who, in her role as pit reporter, will be keeping a watchful eye on proceedings as a host of activities, including ‘Stars in Reasonably-Priced Cars’ and head-to-head drag racing featuring some special guests who will take to the purpose-built track.

The Stig will also be in attendance, as he thrills spectators with his awesome displays of power laps. Meanwhile, Germany’s ‘Queen of the Nurburgring’, Sabine Schmitz, will also be taking part in further high-octane challenges throughout the day.

Eager to get the show on the road, Needell commented: “I always have a fantastic time at Top Gear Live and this year it will be the best ever; they will literally be transporting every element of the TV programme indoors and, with plenty of supercars, rally cars, noise and pyrotechnics, the show is sure to delight each and every visitor.”

Billed as ‘The ultimate Top Gear experience’, visitors to this year’s all-new event can expect all the on-screen, supercharged excitement of the TV show rolled into one event, with the famous presenting trio of Clarkson, Hammond and May, presenting in the TopGearLive action arena.

As well as the 60-minute Live Action Arena with the three presenters, visitors will get a double dose of action, with the separate 80-minute spectacular, repeated throughout the day, on the indoor track.
