ADR Accident Repair Centres has just completed the first six months of a pilot with Jaguar Land Rover to host its Accident Services Helpline.
Since being selected by the motor giant to deliver its helpline services in June, current customer satisfaction scores are well over 80%.
Running alongside its own call centre operation in Chesterfield, ADR provides roadside assistance for Jaguar Land Rover customers, directing them to approved bodyshops throughout the UK.
Where necessary ADR also arranges recovery and emergency onward mobility via JLR supply partner ‘Enterprise’ for anyone without alternative means of transport.
ADR group commercial manager Greg Stansfield said: “Jaguar Land Rover selected ADR to provide their Helpline services after looking at the levels of service we have been able to provide in our own long-established call centre operation.
“We also have two JLR-approved bodyshops and so understand and embrace the company’s body and paint programme ethos.
“Training for the ADR team was provided directly by the Programme and Quality Managers from JLR, process management means that we meet monthly to review service standards and work on enhancements.”
ADR operates accident repair centres in Chesterfield, Nottingham, Pontefract, Rotherham, Derby, Leicester, Macclesfield, Cannock, Dudley and Warwick.
