The Grosvenor Group has reported record business levels for the first quarter of 2011 due to the wider range of services and solutions it now offers customers since the introduction of the newest member of the Grosvenor corporate family, Interactive Fleet Management, in 2010.

“When we launched Interactive Fleet Management last year, we did so to offer customers a more extensive range of services whether they leased their vehicles or owned them,” explained Shaun Barritt, group managing director.

“As a result, we’ve extended our relationships with key clients across their entire fleet in circumstances where they have a mix of leased and owned vehicles. We’ve also been able to find better ways of servicing clients without the restriction of only offering funded solutions.”

As a group, Grosvenor has five core businesses spanning contract hire and leasing, fleet management and retail. And having opened its doors in 1981, this year it starts its fourth decade of providing and servicing companies with vehicle fleets.
