AutoRestore is celebrating a record year for 2011 and predicts further growth in the mobile repair sector for 2012.

Last year saw the company’s volume grow by 12% on 2010 in a market that has declined overall by up to 20% in terms of claims.

“The downturn in the economy has led to fewer car journeys, more cautions driving and therefore slower impact speeds. This coupled with advances in vehicle technology means that the profile of the typical accident has changed considerably in recent years and we are now seeing that over 25% of repairs can be done on a mobile basis” said Chris Eldridge, managing director.

“The proof that this is what the customer wants lies in the feedback they give about our service” continued Eldridge “With an NPS (Net Promoter Score) of around 70%, we now one of the Industry leaders in terms of our customers’ level of Brand advocacy which shows how much they value the ease, convenience and quality of their experience.”

Driven by this demand, AutoRestore will be introducing several new products in 2012 which will see the scope of what can be achieved in a mobile bodyshop expand into new areas meaning that even more customers can opt for a vehicle repair service that fits around their lives.
