Allianz Global Assistance, previously Mondial Assistance UK, continues to build on its long-standing relationship with BMW and Mini, with the launch of two new products – Cosmetic Repair Insurance and Alloy Wheel Repair Insurance. All repairs are carried out by BMW trained technicians at BMW dealerships.
This offers owners of new BMW or Mini cars protection against the cost of damage caused by day-to-day motoring incidents such as minor scratches and dents to bodywork, and kerbing and scuffing of alloy wheels.
“Rising motoring costs are a major concern for car owners today, but with Cosmetic Repair Insurance and Alloy Wheel Repair Insurance we are offering BMW and MINI drivers the protection they need from life’s little mishaps,” says Leanne Thames, insurance manager, BMW Financial Services. “With the benefit of BMW trained technicians, we can deliver the high level of service BMW and MINI owners expect. This new enhancement to our ownership proposition means we can cover drivers for minor cosmetic repairs, so they don’t have to claim on their car insurance and incur hefty premium increases.”
