LeasePlan named among Britain’s top employers

LeasePlan UK has announced that it has been certified as one of ‘Britain’s Top Employers’ in 2012.

The award was presented by the CRF Institute, a specialist in the field of international research into HR management and working conditions.

The organisations examined were assessed on the following criteria: primary and secondary benefits, working conditions, training and development, career development, and company culture. Only 67 organisations that met these research criteria received the ‘Top Employers’ certification.

LeasePlan scored highest in the area of training and development, and specific mention was made of outstanding working conditions, the support given to staff while they grow and the company car scheme.

This is the first time that LeasePlan has been certified by the CRF institute as one of ‘Britain’s Top Employers’.
