To help drive down costs associated with escalating premiums and vehicle downtime, and to provide greater visibility to fleet managers enabling them to identify areas of concern, Pendragon Contracts is offering a new service delivered in partnership with the AA.
The Pendragon Accident Management programme is driven by online reporting accessible to customers which highlights trends or behaviour that help identify and address driver training needs.
John Wardle, operations director of Pendragon Contracts, said: “The new accident management programme is more structured, providing transparency and full management information accessible through a dedicated online portal that quickly identifies where driver training is required.
“The two-way communications ensures drivers are informed every step of the way, so whether non-fault or fault, we’ve taken the hassle out of the whole process for fleet managers.”
