Auto Windscreens has opened the doors of six new fitting centres around the UK in the past month.
Responding to demand for its services in Derbyshire, the company has launched a fitting centre at its head office in Storforth Lane, Chesterfield, to cover the whole of the county.
A new site is located in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, where a team of four, managed by Simon Bick, will look after Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire.
The new Saltney, Chester branch, handles work from Merseyside and North Wales and South Wales is served by the Cardiff centre, where staff will benefit from the local knowledge of Manager, Terry Webster from Caerphilly.
Following increased enquiries from Essex and Norfolk, new sites have also opened in Colchester and Norwich. Some 25 new technicians have been recruited so far and Auto Windscreens expects to take on additional staff in the coming year.
Managing director Nigel Davies said: "We're seeing an increase in work right across the country and our six new sites are perfectly positioned to assist our fleet and motor trade customers, as well as members of the public. In many cases we're on industrial estates and are surrounded by car dealerships.
"We chose sites close to motorways and links to big towns and cities, as well as tourist hot-spots, so it's easy for us to get to our customers as quickly as possible. We're pleased to now be offering a local service to so many areas - and we look forward to working with businesses, locals and visitors in our new locations.”
