Vehicle glass repair and replacement specialist Autoglass has appointed Paul Napleton as partnerships marketing manager.
Napleton joins the sales and marketing team where he will oversee business partner marketing across the fleet and lease, insurance and specialist vehicle sectors.
He will report to Andre May, Autoglass sales & marketing director, while head of marketing Marta González Zuinaga is on maternity leave.
Napleton brings nearly 13 years’ experience to the role. He previously headed the business and brand marketing operation at The RAC for five years and was involved in managing and delivering the brand’s strategy.
Napleton also spent nearly six years as brand manager at Aviva, where he was responsible for a number of advertising campaigns for Aviva and Norwich Union Direct, including the ‘Quote Me Happy’ campaign.
