Jaguar marked a return to its roots at the Paris Motor Show by unveiling its new F-Type.
The company says the two-seater, convertible sports car represents a return to the company’s heartland, focusing on performance, agility and driver involvement.
Three variants will be available at launch – F-Type, F-Type S and F-Type V8 S. Each is distinguished by the power output of its supercharged petrol engine with all engines featuring stop/start technology to maximise efficiency.
F-Type prices will start at £58,500 OTR, rising to £79,950 for the V8 S. CO2 emissions for al models will be higher than the current 215g/km threshold for 35% BIK tax.

Looks fab but who wouldn't prefer a Boxster S and £10K in the bank? Methinks Jag marketing gurus a bit optimistic.
