Windscreen repair and replacement firm National Windscreens has launched a mobile version of its website.
The new site is a stripped back version of the main website www.nationalwindscreens.co.uk and only contains information which people on the move will find useful such as brief company and contact details, a branch locator and online booking facilities.
Online booking is a new initiative from National Windscreens - the independently owned company has previously concentrated on ensuring its UK Contact Centres operate as efficiently as possible.
The introduction of online booking provides an alternative channel to book windscreen repairs and replacements for drivers when they need it most, said regional sales and marketing director Martyn Bennett: “The mobile website is specifically designed to give customers the information they need, at the time they most need it and to offer an alternative to our existing booking process.”
National Windscreens operates 108 UK Fitting Centres which enables the innovative company to hold a wide variety of replacement windscreens and vehicle glass in stock to minimise the time spent waiting for deliveries. It also employs more than 800 mobile automotive glazing technicians to ensure customers can access the fastest service possible, wherever they’re located.
