ARI Fleet UK has celebrated the success of its UK-wide garage network at an annual awards ceremony.

Launched in 2010, the Masterserve Network Awards celebrate the achievements of ARI Fleet UK accredited garages over the previous 12 months.

Incorporating five categories, the awards champion the efforts of longstanding Masterserve members, rewarding those that go the extra mile, apprenticeship schemes, great levels of customer satisfaction and high quality servicing.

Matthew George from Silver Wing Garage was crowned Apprentice of the Year in recognition of his passion for the industry and commitment to developing as a technician.

A total of 30 garages were awarded the Long Service Award, as a result of being part of ARI’s network for more than 10 years, while 15 garages were also welcomed to the ‘100%ers club’, which recognises exceptional track records.

Ferdotti Motor Services scooped the Going the Extra Mile Award for the third consecutive year, after another 12 months of superior customer service. The headline award of Garage of the Year went to Northampton-based New Duston Garage, which also won the award in 1997 and 2011.

The Masterserve Network comprises independent outlets that are accredited and continuously monitored by ARI Fleet UK to guarantee a consistently reliable service for fleet customers.

Phil Todd, network manager at ARI Fleet UK, said: “The awards provide an infrequent opportunity for Masterserve members to network, discuss the latest industry hot topics, and recognise the developments of their sector as a whole in addition to specific individuals within it.

“Being an ARI Fleet UK Masterserve garage isn’t just about meeting the initial accreditation criteria, it’s about building honest, meaningful partnerships and striving for complete customer satisfaction on an on-going basis.”
