Hilton Vehicle Leasing, which specialises in contract hire and other leasing products for sub-25 car fleets, has signed up to adopt 1link Service Network.
The company, based in Hertfordshire and Essex, will use epyx’s e-commerce platform to manage service and maintenance needs system for its 1,400 vehicles, replacing a manual system.
Morgan Devereux, managing director at Hilton, said: “Because of the nature of our customer base, we have a very hands-on approach to fleet and maintenance management, so the level of control and accountability that 1link Service Network offers is very appealing to us. It is already enabling us to raise our overall service standards.”
David Wallace, sales and business development director, added: “Despite its very high level of market penetration, we continue to sign new 1link Service Network customers at a rapid pace and are pleased to welcome Hilton to the platform.”
1link Service Network is now in use by fleets totalling more than two and a half million vehicles to process service and maintenance bought from around 18,000 franchise dealers, independent garages and fast fits.
