Concept Vehicle Leasing has launched a smartphone app, which aims to make it easier for customers and their drivers to access information such as driver procedures whilst on the move.
The new app, which is now available for both i=phone and android devices, features latest news and advice, special car and van leasing offers along with the ability for customers to contact Concept instantly via their mobile – with emergency services available 24 hours a day.
The app also features a customer wall, which enables users to ask questions and send feedback to the Surrey-based leasing and fleet management company.
Users can also share the app with their friends and business associates on Facebook, via Twitter or by email.
“What’s really neat about our new app is that drivers now have the ability to submit a mileage reading to us directly from their app,” said Paul Bulloch, managing director at Concept.
“This works really well for customers using our unique Mileage Monitor service which enables proactive contract re-scheduling – ensuring customers only pay for the mileage they use on a contract hire or maintenance agreement.”
