Van Monster Glasgow has announced the appointment of Fred Brogan as its new sales executive.

The new appointment comes off the back of the recent relocation of the company’s Newmains site to South East Glasgow, illustrating Van Monster’s commitment to building the brand through improved infrastructure.

Brogan’s last position was as a commercial vehicle sales executive for Mercedes-Benz, where his role involved travelling the country promoting the brand and visiting prospective customers.

With a long motoring career under his belt, Brogan brings with him a vast amount of experience having previously worked for Ford Commercial Vehicles for eight years.

In his new role, Brogan will be working alongside the sales manager and will be responsible for driving used commercial vehicle sales at the London Road depot, as well as managing customer relationships with Van Monster’s existing customer base.

Brogan said: “I have been fortunate enough to work for some well-respected brands over the years, and joining Van Monster at this time provides me with a hugely exciting challenge.

“With the strong team which is in place, and the fantastic quality of the stock, I’m looking forward to helping Van Monster build on its current market leading position.”

Van Monster has nine sites across the country, including sites in Slough, Cannock, Colchester, Darlington, Bridlington, Glasgow, Wakefield, Warrington and Leicester. Van Monster is part of Northgate.
