New York glimpse of new Kia Soul

Kia will launch an all-new Soul in Europe later this year following the unveiling of the North American version at the New York motor show.

Although specifications relate to the US version of the car, the European model will share its dimensions which means increased interior space. It also promises easier access with a slightly lower hip-point as well as improved refinement.

The new chassis is stiffer than before, which should improve ride and handling. No details of European models have been revealed yet, although it is likely they will be offered with direct injection petrol engines and the latest EcoDynamics diesel engines.
