Your Housing, a social housing company covering the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands, has partnered with Lex Autolease to launch a salary sacrifice scheme for its staff.
All permanent employees at Your Housing Group, which looks after over 32,000 homes and employs 1,500 staff, will now be eligible to join the new tax efficient car scheme introduced in association with Lex Autolease.
The monthly rental, taken from the employee's salary before tax, includes running costs such as insurance, breakdown cover, servicing, road fund licence and maintenance.

Staff will have a choice of cars, including the Ford Fiesta, VW Golf and BMW 3 series. The package includes fully comprehensive insurance cover and up to two additional drivers can be added to the policy.
