Van Monster has announced the appointment of Hayley Brown as sales administrator at its Colchester branch.

Brown has been an NVQ assessor and tutor of administrative practice, customer service, IT and management for the last 20 years, having most recently been employed by Essex College.

In her new role, she will be responsible for entering both trade and retail vehicles onto the stock system as they arrive on site, as well as releasing vehicles off the system when sold.

Brown will also deal with associated paperwork and telephone enquiries and will be responsible for contacting both internal and external contacts.

Brown said: “The training I have received so far has been excellent and I’m looking forward to settling into the role.”
