Zenith has once again been awarded a two star accreditation in the Sunday Times annual ‘Best Companies to Work For’ employee engagement survey.
It first took part in the Best Companies workplace engagement survey in 2011, to provide a better understanding of the needs of its employees.
The company has embarked on a comprehensive programme to ensure that its employees are happy, motivated and have satisfying careers.
As a result engagement has risen each year since 2011.
Zenith will find out in March this year if it has made it into the prestigious ‘Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies to Work For’ list.
The Best Companies methodology includes independent and confidential surveys of employees on eight key areas: leadership; managers; personal growth; wellbeing; working in teams; giving something back to society; engagement with their job and organisation and how satisfied the employees are with their pay and benefits.
Marisa Jerrison, head of Human Resources and development at Zenith, said: “The Best Companies approach helps us understand what we can do as a business to ensure that Zenith continues to be a great place to work.
"Our success really is down to our people and therefore we work hard to ensure that they are fully trained and developed with happy and sustainable careers. It is great to see that we continue to be recognised as an outstanding place to work by Best Companies and we will look to further build on our results, by listening to our employees and responding to their needs.”

The star rating system is pure Best Companies Ltd and not Sunday Times related. It is independent of the Sunday Times Best Small Companies To Work For table. Naughty.
