Fleet Assist has won a new contract with Days Contract Hire.
The decade-long partnership has been extended by a further three years with Days Contract Hire utilising Fleet Assist’s nationwide network of more than 7,000 garages to undertake service, maintenance and repair work on vehicles supplied to customers across the UK.
Additionally, Days Contract Hire, which operates a fleet of almost 10,000 company cars and vans, will also continue to use Fleet Assist to provide a vehicle service booking facility to customers thus directing work towards its garage network.
Furthermore, sophisticated management information enables customers to either look at summaries or drill right down to individual transactions to establish vehicle and driver trends and behaviours.
Days Contract Hire operations manager Caroline Wright said: “We are delighted to have extended our partnership with Fleet Assist for a further three years. We have had a great experience whilst dealing with Fleet Assist over the last 10 years and see it as an integral part of our ongoing client relationship management and overall service offering.
“Through our partnership with Fleet Assist, we can maximise the quality of repairs to our vehicle fleet across the UK and achieve one of the lowest response times to our repairers ensuring that our vehicles are off the road for the minimum amount of time.
“Our client notification service reminds a client of service bookings via SMS and e-mail to ensure that no appointments are missed and deal with any changes required by the client in the most effective way. Fleet Assist also helps us to facilitate a driver feedback survey to ensure that we uphold the highest standard of repair experiences available to our clients. “
