All Fleet Services, based in Gloucester, have been chosen by Run Your Fleet to provide customer call handling support services.
Run Your Fleet offers online fleet management, daily rentals and vehicle supply including customer access to services and repairs at over 6,000 franchised and independent garages. With 17,000 vehicles and over 900 customers across the UK, Run Your Fleet needed additional out of hours customer call handling services to support unprecedented growth.

The All Fleet team of maintenance controllers are able to view and understand the vehicle maintenance history and appropriate spend. Essentially, All Fleet Services are able to provide a one stop shop for suppliers to validate specific customer requests in terms of breakdown, miss fuel and parts authorisation.
