The Dealer Awards programme recognises dealers and dealer groups across eight categories and is designed to reward best practice and ensure all Motability customers receive exemplary customer service across the dealer network. The awards are judged on how a dealer delivers the Scheme to customers, and is assessed through customer feedback, reviews of their Motability performance and levels of engagement.
The new Motability Dealer Awards programme saw quarterly award announcements in the lead up to the annual awards. All of the quarterly winners from 2013 were automatically entered into the nominations for the annual prizes.
Peter Wilson, general manager – dealer relations at Motability Operations, said: “These awards are a great way for us to recognise our dealer partners who go above and beyond when representing the Motability Scheme. We continually receive great customer feedback and aim to build upon this. Many congratulations to our partners who work as the ‘face’ of Motability and deliver an outstanding customer experience.”
