Companies considering introducing salary sacrifice and those with existing schemes are both being encouraged to attend a new seminar that will provide them with all the information they need to run a successful programme, particularly in light of the recent Budget announcements on benefit-in-kind tax thresholds.

The half-day events, one in Hertfordshire and one in Cheshire, are being run by Fleet News. They will ensure companies are up-to-date with the latest developments in salary sacrifice, and dig deeper into the key elements that will ensure the implementation of a successful scheme.

Speakers will look at existing salary sacrifice successes, the products available, and the financial benefits and implications of running such schemes. Other discussions will cover HMRC guidance, flexible benefits, communication with employees and industry best practice.

The event will be invaluable to companies considering launching a salary sacrifice scheme, but also to those organisations that have already introduced a scheme. The seminar will look at how the changes to the benefit-in-kind thresholds announced in the Budget will affect existing salary sacrifice schemes.

The Southern event takes place on April 10, at Hanbury Manor, Hertfordshire.

The Northern event takes place on May 13, at Cranage Hall, Cheshire.

The events are open to fleet decision makers including HR managers/directors and finance directors.
