KeeResources has delivered a browser-based vehicle configurator for H.R. Owen, the luxury motor retailer.
The configurator allows showroom staff to configure vehicles for customers and integrates with salesforce.com, their customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Chris Harris, marketing & customer director at H.R. Owen said: “Almost every new car we sell is specified by the customer and so access to an accurate and fast configuration tool with all the available options is critical to our sales process. Dealing with eight separate manufacturers had made this previously impossible on a single system.
“When we set out to use Salesforce as our CRM and sales system we had to find someone who could create a tool that worked with the new system and across all manufacturers. KeeResources’ new vehicle configurator provided the answer, was well received by staff and is now in use across all our dealerships.”
