Peugeot has launched a new business sales standards programme with more than 40% of the Peugeot network securing business centre status.

The strategy has been implemented to support the new range of Peugeot product and to provide bespoke business care to national and local companies.

To become an approved Peugeot business centre, Peugeot UK dealers must achieve more than 35 standards across business areas.

These include ensuring that staff are trained to so that the business specialist can cater for all customer requirements, from fleet management to demystifying finance.

Business centre dealers also need to provide a wide selection of car and LCV demonstration and display vehicles.

From an aftersales perspective, Peugeot business centre dealers need specialist business aftersales advisors and highly-trained technicians familiar with the brand's latest technological features, and ensure customer mobility by providing a supplementary vehicle, with collection and delivery services.

Approved Peugeot business centres receive additional investment, support and training from Peugeot UK.

To ensure these levels of service are maintained, every dealer will be subject to regular reviews in order to retain their Peugeot business centre status.

The programme commenced at the beginning of 2014 and there are now 88 dealers across the UK recognised as Peugeot Business Centres.
