Kia’s recently introduced second-generation Soul compact crossover was its newest model available for driving, but a forthcoming electric version was on the Cenex static display of plug-in vehicles.
Kia had been restricted in numbers with the first generation car, and fleet director John Hargreaves said the new model, with its eye-catching colour schemes, will be more readily available in the UK.
Regarding the Soul EV, Hargreaves said the volume expectations would be low and to a large extent would depend on the recharging infrastructure.
The Sportage, which helped put Kia on the map with user choosers, was revised for 2014.
