Training company Retriever Sales Performance has joined the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA), the representative body for companies engaged in the rental and leasing of cars and commercial vehicles.
The company is now a BVRLA-accredited training provider and associate member of the association.
Mark Young, CEO of Retriever Sales Performance, said: “Retriever Sales Performance joins the BVRLA having gained significant experience training sales teams who work in the contract hire market.
“Having proved the concept of the Retriever Sales Performance training style, it seemed appropriate to now join the BVRLA, as it is an esteemed organisation of likeminded businesses.
“We’re looking forward to training BVRLA members’ staff and keeping up to date with the issues that are affecting the industry.”
Retriever Sales Performance is a 12-year-old lead generation, telemarketing and training company. Clients outsource their telemarketing to Retriever Sales Performance, and the company helps with developing sales propositions, strategy and training.
BVRLA chief executive Gerry Keaney said: “We are delighted to welcome Retriever Sales Performance into membership and look forward to working with them in the future.
“Training and continuous development is vital for any industry that wants to maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service, and the BVRLA is pleased that Retriever has become the latest training provider to be BVRLA-accredited.”
