Michelle Robinson has been appointed as customer services director of Paragon Automotive. Her role will be to monitor and further improve quality across the company.
The new role is part of a strategic focus on improving operational performance and customer service within the business. Robinson takes the position following a lead role managing the Volkswagen Group account.
Mike Pilkington, managing director at Paragon Automotive said: “We are taking a root and branch look at how we add value to our customers by innovating to drive improvements in process, quality and efficiency.
“Michelle is the ideal candidate to drive this change across the business.”
The new role will oversee all customer service and quality standards within Paragon Automotive, which include VWG, Volvo and Fiat.
Paragon recently launched a new Customer Service Centre for excellence in Corby to provide a central hub for customer service within the company.
The six-figure investment was a key part of the company’s growth plans and will create 12 jobs.
The new centre provides a single point of contact for dealers and fleet operators. By centralising operations and investing in new technologies, the move will enable the customer service team to develop a deeper understanding of each customer’s brand, product and contract requirements.
Paragon is the UK’s largest supplier of end of life and PDI services for vehicle manufacturers, handling over 200,000 vehicles last year.
