Renault is to launch the Kadjar, the brand’s first C-segment crossover.
Available with either four- or two-wheel-drive transmission, the Renault Kadjar measures 4.45 metres long x 1.84 metres wide.
The Kadjar will be manufactured at Renault’s Spanish plant in Palencia. The car is to be built on the same Renault-Nissan Alliance CMF-C/D platform as the Nissan Qashqai.
Technology available on the vehicle includes the R-Link2 touchscreen system, and an array of driving aids that are useful for everyday motoring, including ‘hands-free’ parking and a reversing camera for easy parking in town.
The engine line-up is yet to be released, but is expected to be similar to that of the Qashqai.

Oh dear, does no one study phonetics at Renault's marketing department? In my dictionary a cadger is someone who begs or swindles. Ooops!
