Fleet decision-makers have voted Zenith Leasedrive Group the UK’s top vehicle leasing and fleet management company for service to customers in the Experteye Awards.
The Fleeteye Customer Service Award, which recognises service to fleet operators with more than 250 vehicles, was won by Leasedrive in 2013 and by Zenith in 2014. In the past 12 months, Zenith and Leasedrive have become part of the same group and they have now topped the category as a combined group.
The award was presented to Max Turner, relationship director at Zenith Leasedrive Group at a ceremony in Mayfair; an event which covered nine different Experteye fleet and automotive award categories in total.
Zenith Leasedrive group’s Fleeteye CSI honour is based on results obtained throughout 2014 from Experteye’s post-sale customer satisfaction survey, drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK.
Fleet operators are surveyed independently by Experteye, who ask an extensive range of questions on a monthly basis. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.
“For the last three years Zenith and Leasedrive’s customer satisfaction scores have been extremely impressive,” said Rick Yarrow, managing director of Experteye.
“All results are based on independent feedback we receive from their customers, making them deserved winners of our award for best customer service to larger fleets.
“The Fleeteye CSI remains the benchmark survey in the fleet sector for measuring service levels from major contract hire and leasing providers. Companies that subscribe enjoy flexible back-end reporting and the ability to tailor the question sets so that they are meaningful. Fleet managers who complete the survey also benefit from accessing industry benchmarking data giving them vital statistics on how well they are being served compared to other fleet operators.”
Tim Buchan, chief executive officer at Zenith Leasedrive Group said: “This is the first time that we have taken part in the Fleeteye survey as a group and I am delighted that we have taken the top spot in the 250 plus vehicles category. We have been able to work together and share best practice across the business. This has ensured we can continually improve and enhance our already industry leading service levels, to exceed the expectations of our customers and drivers.”
