Fleet News regrets to announce that the FN50 Dinner has been cancelled for 2020 due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis.

However, the FN50 report will still be published with the November 19 issue of Fleet News, providing the fleet sector with all the usual insight and analysis of the UK’s 50 biggest contract hire and leasing companies.

In addition, Fleet News will host a special leasing and funding webinar on November 3 at 2pm, sponsored by Jaama, which will draw on data and analysis from the 2020 FN50, with a panel of experts dissecting the leasing trends and debating how the sector will evolve to address the growing demand for mobility solutions.

In addition to the FN50 Dinner, the Fleet News Hall of Fame, manufacturer reliability awards and leasing customer service awards have also been postponed for 2020.

The Hall of Fame is traditionally bestowed twice a year, recognising and honouring individuals who have dedicated their careers to ensuring excellence in the field of fleet management, raising the profile of the role in UK businesses and ongoing innovation. At the Fleet News Awards, it is presented to a fleet decision-maker; at the FN50, a manufacturer, leasing company or fleet supplier.

Meanwhile, the customer service awards celebrate the leasing rising star of the year, top individual and best team of the previous 12 months, while the winners of the manufacturer reliability awards are selected from data and feedback provided by the 50 leasing companies.

The most reliability carmaker and car model, and van maker and van model will still be revealed in the FN50 report.

The FN50 Dinner and all the awards are scheduled to return in November 2021 back at the Park Plaza, Westminster.
