Auxillis is partnering with Howden’s corporate and commercial division to provide its claims management service, including vehicle replacement and repair services, and first notification of loss (FNOL) provision.

Howden UK and Ireland is part of global insurance group Howden, and one of the largest specialist insurance distribution groups in the UK.

The collaboration gives Howden corporate and commercial clients access to the Auxillis solution. 

From the first point of contact expertly gathering information and assessing liability, to vehicle recovery, coordinating repairs and arranging replacement vehicle hire, Auxillis says that the partnership is focused on enhancing the client experience during what is often a challenging time.

Established in 1992 Auxillis is part Zigup, which specialises in accident management support, legal services, fleet management and policy fulfilment services.
