Leading Chinese carmaker BYD and revitalised French OEM Renault are the latest manufacturers to confirm attendance at Fleet & Mobility Live, the UK’s biggest show for the fleet and mobility community.
BYD, which will be making its second appearance at Fleet & Mobility Live following its UK launch 18 months ago, joins BMW/Mini, Ford, MG Motor and Volvo Cars UK, with more manufacturers expected to sign in the coming weeks.
Featuring on its stand will be the new Seal U DM-I plug-in hybrid SUV which will have just gone on sale in the UK.
Meanwhile, Renault will be making its debut at the show, with head of fleet Justin Costello confidently telling Fleet News after a successful Company Car In Action: “I could easily see us doubling our passenger car true fleet volumes over the next year to 18 months.”
The manufacturer is planning to bring the Dacia Spring, the Renault Scenic (pictured below), the Renault Master and Mobilize Duo/Bento – urban mobility with both passenger and last mile delivery options.
Costello said: “Renault Group are delighted to confirm attendance at Fleet & Mobility Live.
“Our team are looking forward to showcasing the breadth of our brands to the fleet industry, including the UK's best value EV – the Dacia Spring - and European Car of the Year, the Renault Scenic.
“Whatever your fleet requirements, we have all shapes and sizes covered from our latest urban mobility vehicle, the Mobilize Duo, to our class leasing large van the Renault Master with over 285 miles of electric range.”
Fleet & Mobility Live will be held October 8-9 at the NEC in Birmingham and will bring together more than 2,000 fleet professionals to network, learn, share and build knowledge, make new connections and discover solutions to many of today’s most pressing fleet challenges.
