FleetCheck is celebrating Lakehouse as its 600th managing software customer.
The new deal came about through FleetCheck’s partner agreement with telematics specialist Teletrac Navman, with Lakehouse adopting both systems at the same time.
Lakehouse’s group fleet manager Dean Williams said: “Using FleetCheck and the Teletrac Navman Director systems together is helping enhance our reporting capabilities, enabling us to effectively manage all aspects of our fleet, control costs and ensure we are compliant.
“Telematics will enable us to track on-road behaviour through driver scorecards and league tables, identifying both our good and bad examples. This will allow us to monitor performance, look for trends and provide additional training where required.
“All of this will be captured in FleetCheck, which will also integrate with our third-party suppliers, enabling all information in relation to the vehicle to be automatically uploaded, saving administration time and creating valuable reporting capabilities.
“Importantly, as part of our duty of care, vehicle inspections can now be completed electronically through FleetCheck’s mobile application, with the resulting information being sent directly back to the system and highlighting any defects to the user.”
FleetCheck’s managing director Peter Golding (pictured) said: “We are very pleased to pass the 600th customer milestone, especially with a prestigious and well-respected company like Lakehouse and through one of our partner agreements.
“This deal also brings the number of vehicles being managed by FleetCheck to more than 60,000, which is a testament to the products and the expertise we have built up over the 11 years since FleetCheck was established.”
