Ctrack by Inseego has introduced two wireless tracking devices to extend its range of battery-powered telematics solutions.
The BX500 and BX600 units can be used in all cars and vans, as well as non-powered assets including trailers, skips, portable equipment and even packages. The small size means they can be fitted and concealed.
Ctrack UK’s managing director Steve Thomas said: “With these latest devices, fleet and specialist equipment operations can now be in control of every aspect of their business, knowing the status and location of all their vehicles and unpowered assets.
“All our battery-powered units can be combined with our entire range of vehicle tracking solutions for complete visibility and control through a single online software platform.”
Featuring adaptive tracking, both units can detect motion and switch automatically to a fully-configurable live reporting mode to track vehicles and assets while active.
Either model can also be scaled to provide continuous tracking information or just once a day in order to preserve battery life.
