Motorists caught filming a collision on their mobile phones will be prosecuted, says Cambridgeshire Police.
The incident, involving four heavy goods vehicles (HGVs), occurred on the A14 yesterday (May 28) and caused severe disruption.
Drivers of two of the vehicles suffered minor injuries, but police stopped 15 motorists for filming or taking pictures of the crash scene while they were driving.
Police said they would be sent letters informing them about court proceedings within the next 14 days.

How very sad that someone could dream of doing this. I would imagine it was all over the awful social media sites, no doubt the families of those involved in the collision seeing these awful pictures before they were even informed through the correct channels.
