Vehicle rental firm AMT Group is expanding its fleet of luxury, prestige and specialist vehicles after securing additional funding support from Yorkshire Bank.
The Leeds-based business, which was established in 1995, is increasing its 1,100-strong UK-wide fleet with 30 additional high-end vehicles, after securing a £2 million asset finance package.
AMT Group employs 180 staff across its seven locations in Leeds, Livingston, Gatwick, Bristol, Nuneaton, London and the recently-opened Manchester rental facility.
The investment in its fleet is part of privately-owned AMT Group’s expansion plans, including a doubling in fleet size over the next 24 months, and two further rental locations.
AMT serves both the corporate and leisure markets, and has a leasing division offering a short-term leasing fleet comprising all types of cars and commercial vehicles.
Neil McGawley, managing director of AMT Group, said: “This further backing from Yorkshire Bank will allow us to provide the quality of vehicle our customers expect, in a competitive marketplace."
