BCA has appointed Stuart Gibbons to the role of head of customer experience.
He will be responsible for providing a seamless and customer focused service across the business.
Gibbons joins the senior operational team, and the new role will include the leadership of the buyer development team, digital operations, and customer services.
Simon Henstock, BCA’s COO UK Remarketing said: “Stuart will drive a new focus around our service proposition. His skills and previous experience will help us ensure that we develop our buyer offering to achieve a best in class service. We aim to use great service and the latest technology to make it as easier as possible to do business with BCA.”
Gibbons will lead a team that uses data from across BCA to constantly monitor and improve the buyer experience.
