Fleet operators’ association ACFO has announced its support for Fleet Management LIVE 2017.
ACFO is the UK’s premier representative organisation for fleet decision-makers in charge of cars and light commercial vehicles.
The volunteer-led organisation works to raise the profile of the industry and campaign on its behalf on issues ranging from taxation to safety to help fleet decision-makers improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their business travel operations.
ACFO will be raising awareness of the show among its membership involved in fleet operations and will also attend the event to provide help and support to fleet operators on any issues they face.
This year’s show will attract hundreds of decision-makers with a wide variety of job roles that have an involvement in fleet and a key ACFO role is providing professional support for all those involved in the sector, ranging from fleet managers to procurement, finance, HR and risk management.
ACFO chairman John Pryor said: “Knowledge sharing among the membership is one of ACFO’s major strengths. We are delighted to be supporting Fleet Management LIVE to help promote best practice and the work that we carry out on behalf of the industry.”
ACFO is one of a range of partners that are supporting Fleet Management LIVE, reflecting its increased size and coverage to include cars, vans and lorries and all the roles that are influenced by transport, ranging from fleet management to procurement, HR, finance, risk management and mobility management.
This year’s show also caters for all fleet sizes, with presentations for specialists in large fleets and SME-focused sessions for multi-tasking managers in small businesses.
Chris Lester, event director, said: “Fleet Management LIVE has been designed in close co-operation with fleet operators and I am delighted that its relevance and importance as the one of the most important events in the fleet calendar has been recognised by ACFO.”
Fleet Management LIVE takes place at the NEC in Birmingham on October 3 and 4. For more information or to book tickets, please visit http://www.fleetmanagementlive.co.uk/.
