Autoglass has opened a further 14 new advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) calibration centres, and has confirmed 11 more this year.
This will take the total number to at 70 by the end of 2018.
The expansion is part of its strategy to meet the increased demand for ADAS calibration, as more and more cars incorporate these smart features.
Since launching the UK’s first ADAS calibration solution in 2015, Autoglass has developed the ‘ADAS Best Practice Guidelines for Fleet’ and dedicated webinars, alongside the road charity Brake.
Autoglass’s national sales manager Jeremy Rochfort said: “This investment shows our commitment to the fleet community, and I’m pleased that we will expand our network of ADAS centres to 70 by the end of the year.
“The static sites cover a large proportion of the UK and complement our dynamic calibration service.”
The newly opened centres are:
- Stockport
- Peterborough
- Cambridge
- Reading
- Banbridge
- Coleraine
- Omagh
- Grantham
- Stirling
- Hull
- Halifax
- Plymouth
- York
- Worcester
