Volvo Car UK has launched Live Chat, giving instant digital access to Volvo’s fleet experts.
Company car drivers and fleet managers, from SMEs to large corporates, can use the instant digital messaging service to ask for help on a variety of topics, from requesting specific product information or booking a demonstrator to confirming their nearest Volvo retailer.
Furthermore meetings with Volvo regional business sales managers can also be booked through Live Chat, which operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Steve Beattie, head of business sales at Volvo Car UK, said: “The launch of Live Chat gives Volvo customers yet another way to communicate with us.
“Business life is complicated enough, which is why we are doing everything we can to simplify how we interact with our fleet customers.
“This latest initiative supports our ambition to deliver an unrivalled customer experience for all our fleet customers, regardless of the size of their business or fleet requirement.
“It follows hot on the heels of the introduction of our Virtual Sales Team, dedicated to the needs of Volvo’s SME fleet customers.”
The UK is Volvo’s fourth largest global market, behind China, the US and Sweden. In 2018, Volvo Car UK achieved sales of over 50,000 new cars in the UK – its highest total in 28 years. The business is on track to reach its target of 60,000 sales by 2020.
