Genesis will be showcasing its electric products to visitors at Fleet and Mobility Live this year. Having launched the brand, as well as seven petrol and diesel products last year, 2022 sees the start of the electrification journey for the Korean premium brand with three new Genesis electric vehicles coming to the UK market.
The GV60 SUV, which kickstarted the brand’s EV push, and the Electrified G80 saloon have been on sale since the start of the summer and the Electrified GV70 SUV, a fully electric version of the brand’s best-selling SUV, is set to join the line-up this autumn. All three cars will be on the stand ready for visitors to Fleet and Mobility Live to experience the latest additions to the Genesis range.
Prices start at £64,405 for the Electrified GV70, which is offered in one 'Sport' trim level.
Using a twin-motor arrangement, the all-wheel-drive SUV has a maximum power output of 435PS and 700Nm. It gives the car a 0-62mph acceleration time of 4.2 seconds.
The Electrified GV70 is equipped with a 77.4kWh battery, enabling an estimated range of 283 miles (WLTP).
Fleet & Mobility Live, the biggest exhibition show in the fleet calendar, takes place on October 11 and 12 at the NEC, Birmingham. It will feature a packed line-up of informative seminar sessions and the latest products from exhibitors, in Hall 20.
Registration for Fleet & Mobility Live is open now and free for fleet decision makers.
The Genesis stand will be staffed by its dedicated corporate team who will be on hand to answer any questions around the Genesis Difference, which is what sets it apart from competitors; the five year care plan and the Genesis Personal Assistants are available to all corporate customers; and the brand does not differentiate its offering to corporate customers.
“We are looking forward to Fleet and Mobility Live and demonstrating how Genesis corporate customers get the best of both worlds,” said Jonny Miller, head of sales at Genesis Motor UK. “We have a direct internal point of contact with the company running the fleet. This Genesis Corporate Manager is the conduit for strategic ordering and management of their fleet, ensuring a strong working relationship. And when it comes to the driver, Genesis operates a direct to customer business model – essentially giving the fleet operator a double point of contact – and has done since the brand launched last year, running a five-star experience that respects our customers time unlike any other car brand.”
