Globally known Institute of Leadership CEO John Mark Williams will share his experience of what make a great leader with fleet decsion-makers at next week’s Fleet & Mobility Live.
He has worked in many leadership roles across the world and says he enjoys supporting other leaders to achieve their best.
He did his MBA at Northumbria University and his motto is “we are what we share”. John will share his wisdom in the following session:
How to be an outstanding leader
The session will consider what it takes to be an outstanding leader, including what is leadership, how to win stakeholder support for decisions and investment, employee management, recruitment and cost-control.
This not-to-be-missed presentation will take place in the Fleet Strategy & Leadership Theatre on Tuesday (8 October) at 2pm.
