Zenith appoints new head of operations
Zenith has appointed Nicola Escreet as its new head of operations.
She will own and develop the strategic vision for the company’s operations plan and proposition.
Managing around 80 employees across Zenith’s operational teams, she will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers.
She will also help deliver customer experience to help ensure Zenith remains at the forefront of the technological and powertrain changes across its sector.
Escreet has worked at Zenith for almost 20 years across a number of roles, including operational project manager, head of retail operations, and head of rental operations and most recently, head of consumer customer services.
Continuing the company’s focus on internal career progression, she replaces Dave Tanner, who recently retired after almost four years at Zenith.
Anthony Dowdall, operations director at Zenith, said: “Nicola has been an integral part of the company since she joined almost two decades ago.
“She’s well respected and valued by Zenith colleagues, and I’m confident that with her experience she’s the right person to help take our operations function to the next level and will ultimately help to provide positive outcomes for our customers.
“I’m sure I speak for everyone at Zenith by wishing Dave all the best in his retirement.”
Escreet added: “It’s such an exciting time in operations, with a number of key system developments and the continued powertrain shift towards battery electric vehicles.
“I’m looking forward to working alongside our brilliant team to help shape Zenith’s future plans, with a continued focus on efficiency, innovation, and delivering a first-class customer experience.”
