SMS, the smart energy infrastructure group, has been named as the headline sponsor for this year’s Fleet & Mobility Live.
The UK’s biggest fleet exhibition show, organised by Fleet News, will once again take place at the NEC, near Birmingham, on October 3 and 4.
The show will be packed with more than 18 panel discussions and presentations across both days featuring more than 30 speakers from the fleet and mobility industry.
Three dedicated seminar theatres will enable fleet decision-makers to identify the topics of most interest to them in the EV Theatre, Fleet & Mobility Theatre and Finance & Benefits Box.
The exhibition hall will act as a showcase for the latest and greatest innovations, electric vehicles and fleet technologies.
This includes SMS who will be at the show to offer support to fleets and workplaces with its independent and tailored electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions and charge point infrastructure services.
This covers everything from design, funding, and technology procurement, through to the installation and ongoing management of assets.
Mark Winn, SMS head of EV strategy, (pictured) said: “Fleet & Mobility Live is a must-attend event for anyone playing a part in facilitating the industry’s seamless transition to EV.
“SMS is looking forward to attending the show.
“Our team of experts will be onsite to provide fleet managers, directors and their procurement teams with accurate insight, guidance, and practical advice on all aspects of EV charging.
“Whether a business is still grappling with developing a feasible plan or is unsure if the charge points it has chosen to implement are fit for purpose and future proof, we are here to help."
Stephen Briers, Fleet News group editor, added: “SMS has supported Fleet & Mobility Live as the headline sponsor for two years in a row and it’s excellent to once again have a partner that is at the forefront of electric vehicle charging and energy infrastructure.
“Electrification is such a big topic for the industry and it’s essential that we can showcase the best suppliers in the industry and curate the most relevant seminar content possible.
“This year’s show is set to be the biggest we have ever done, and we’re focused on creating an event that helps all delegates improve their confidence and competence in their job, whether they’re just starting in fleet, been assigned fleet or pushing ahead to forge new ground and innovate ahead of the market.”
